Vender Info & Application

The final games and festival will be held from Thursday, June 30th through Sunday, July 3rd. Set-up of all booths must be on Wednesday July 1st from 7:00pm – 10:00pm. Vendor booths cost $1,500.00 plus $100.00 for a booth sign (if not a returning customer). If vendors pay by April 13th, there will be a discount of $100. Vendors can confirm booth location on open house April 13th and April 27th from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. All payments must be paid with cash or cashier's check upon signing of the contract.


Vendor Rules and Regulations

  • Booth rental applications must be submitted during the open house on April 13th and April 27th from 7:00pm - 9:00PM with full payment. All vendors that reserve their booth on April 13th will receive a $100 discount. You are allowed to pick the booth location of your choice based on availability.
  • All booth signs must be purchased at the time of open house for $100.00.  If vendor hasparticipated in the 39th and/or 40th annual Navasartian festivals, then the $100.00 booth sign will be waived. Any additional signs must be provided by the vendor. Additional signs must be produced and displayed in a professional manner, and approved by the festival committee.
  • All booths are provided with two tables and two chairs.  Vendors must supply additional tables and chairs if needed. Each vendor will receive 2 festival passes and 2 parking permits.
  • No vehicles will be allowed on the Festival lot after 12:00pm (NOON) Thursday, June 30, 2016.
  • All booths must be open and manned during regular Navasartian festival hours (See Festival dates and hours). (See Festival dates and hours).
  • Electricity will be provided, vendors must supply their own extension cords, light bulbs and all other equipment that is necessary.  Homenetmen Regional Executive Committee and the Navasartian Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by Vendor not accurately operating this equipment.
  • The Navasartian Organizing Committee has the right to refuse the sale of any products that have not been pre-approved/mentioned in the vendor application.
  • Navasartian Organizing Committee may require vendors to obtain commercial general liability insurance, including products, in an amount no less than $1,000,000 for bodily injury and property damage from a company acceptable to NOC.  
  • The Homenetmen Navasartian Committee, its officers, agents, or members shall not be held responsible for any loss nor damage due to theft, fire, accident, or other cause but will use reasonable care to protect the vendor from such loss.
  • Food booths are reserved for the Homenetmen chapters.
  • Booth fees are non-refundable.
  • No Vendor is allowed to post their advertisements/posters anywhere on school grounds.
  • All Booths must be placed inside the 10’x10’ booth. Tables may not be placed outside the designated area.
